Refunds for Non-Attendance
If any person wishes to cancel less than two weeks (less than 14 working days) before a training course will not be entitled to a refund.
Voice4Change England recognise that there may be exceptional circumstances which may lead to the inability to attend a training course, however we expect reasonable notice because we will have spent money on each registered attendee and at the same time we are offering our courses at rates well below the competition in order for more people from voluntary and community sector organisations to attend.
Any person that has booked and paid for a course can cancel up to two weeks (more than 14 working days) before the date of training and receive a refund of 50% of the total amount.
Replacements
If a person cannot attend a training course you can transfer your place to someone else within your group or organisation. They may nominate another person to attend in their place and that new person must complete and email V4CE their registration form. They must do so by email no less than two days before the date of their training course. There will be no charge for this.
Cancellation of training
In exceptional circumstances, V4CE may need to cancel or rearrange an event. In such cases, we will fully refund your fee, or, if you prefer, transfer your ticket to another event at which there are places available.
Maximum number of places per organisation
As we aim to support as many campaign groups as possible, we reserve the right to limit the number of places per group or organisation on any of our programmes.
Evaluation
Evaluation is an integral part of all of our programmes, and we require you to complete evaluation forms.
Course materials
V4CE will provide course materials to learners on the day of the training, however there may be occasions when some materials are emailed or mailed to learners after the course.
