The Catalyst Programme, funded by the City Bridge Foundation and the National Lottery Community Fund, is a multi-year project designed to develop resilience and influence of the Black and Minoritised Ethnic (BME) sector.

We support BME communities through free online and in-person workshops, tailored 121 support, resource sharing and signposting and networking opportunities.
