Catalyst Programme (London and Regions)
The Catalyst Programme, funded by the City Bridge Foundation and the National Lottery Community Fund, is a multi-year project designed to develop resilience and influence of the Black and Minoritised Ethnic (BME) sector.
We support BME communities through free online and in-person workshops, tailored 121 support, resource sharing and signposting and networking opportunities.

× Building procurement (we have resources to sign-post you to understand more about procurement process)
× Setting up a website

× HR policies and procedures
× Writing bids, policies and strategies
× Individual support (V4CE only support groups)
× Other topics or consultation work outside of our remit
